Microwave butter in a 1 quart glass measure or bowl on high 40 to 45 seconds until melted. Whisk in flour, microwave on high 1 minute. Whisk in milk, salt and pepper. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute, until thick and bubbly. Randy Rigg
